FROM THE FOUNDER
I have been coaching tennis since 1993 and now work for the LTA as a National Pathway Coach. Having seen first-hand how hard it is to engage quality serving practice, I set out to do something about it.
With the help of Sheffield Hallam University Centre for Sports Engineering Research, our team spent over two years on research and development and found a solution that really works.

THE SCIENCE OF THE SERVE PLUS ONE
Research from major tournaments including the Australian Open and Wimbledon shows the first four shots of a rally are increasingly decisive. Players who win more points in their first two shots, the serve plus one, are far more likely to win matches than those who dominate longer rallies. Download the free white paper.

Questions
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does TargetBound help me practise the Serve+1?add
You serve at the target and it returns the ball, so you practise the serve and the next shot as one unit. Most points end within the first four shots, so training that transition is the fastest way to win more points, on your own or in coached sessions.
Can I leave it outside on court?add
Yes. The weatherproof, all-weather design is made to live court-side, indoors or out. Lock it to a fence through the corner eyelets, then just grab it and play.
Do LTA members get a discount?add
Yes. LTA UK members, players, clubs and coaches get a discount. Choose your membership level at checkout; proof of membership may be requested before dispatch.
Will it fit in my car?add
The target folds flat to just 10 cm deep (78 x 105 cm, 10 kg) with a built-in carry handle, and fits the boot of most medium to larger cars.
Can I build a rebound wall with it?add
Yes. The patent-pending link system connects multiple targets side by side, so you extend the width of your rebound wall as far as your training needs. Each target is 105 cm (about 1 metre) tall, so linking widens the wall while the height stays the same, all at a fraction of the cost of a regular rebound wall.
Where do you deliver, and how quickly?add
We ship from our UK warehouse across the UK and the EU. Orders are processed and released for shipment within 10 working days, with delivery charges shown at checkout. A US launch is planned.
What if it is not for me?add
You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year product warranty.
Is TargetBound only for tennis?add
No. It is designed for tennis and padel, and used by clubs, coaches, players and juniors of all levels.
Where are the training videos?add
